Returns & Refunds Policy
Vantyx MT accepts returns within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, provided that:

The product is unused, in its original packaging and includes all accessories;

The reason is a manufacturing defect, wrong item received, or damage during shipping;

The request is made via email at supportvantyxmt@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return is confirmed, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 business days, which may vary by region. A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has shipped. Vantyx MT is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as strikes, customs clearance or weather conditions.
